1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Yfli Screen Recorder ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License
Yfli Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on your personal Mac computer(s). The free version is limited to 30-second recordings. A paid license is required for unlimited recording.
3. Restrictions
You may not: (a) distribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; (c) modify or create derivative works; (d) use the Software for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
The Software and all related intellectual property rights are owned by Yfli Studio. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Yfli Studio does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Yfli Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Software.
8. Changes to Terms
Yfli Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
